Terms & Conditions
- •The Rovers reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or natural calamities.
- •Travelers must follow the instructions of the trip leader at all times to ensure group safety and smooth execution of the tour.
- •Any damage caused to property, vehicles, or accommodation due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the concerned traveler.
- •Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of any illegal substances during the trip is strictly prohibited.
- •The company will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Travelers are advised to take care of their valuables.
- •The booking amount is non-refundable. However, it may be transferred to another trip within the same calendar year, subject to availability and prior notice.
Policy
- •Children below 3 years are complimentary (no separate seat/bed provided).
- •Children aged 3–10 years will be charged 70% of the package cost (seat included; extra bed if required).
- •Valid government ID proof is mandatory at hotel check-in and for sightseeing/entry tickets.
- •Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply; early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability.
- •Triple/quad sharing will be accommodated with an extra mattress; single occupancy rooms are available on request at an additional cost.
- •Private couple room supplement: ₹3,000 per couple (subject to availability).
- •Guests are advised to carry limited luggage; the company is not liable for any personal loss or damage.
- •The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic, operational issues, or local conditions.
- •Entry tickets, adventure activities, boating, permits, or guide fees are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
- •Modest attire is required at temples and gurudwaras; alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during visits.
- •Special darshan/VIP entry charges (if applicable) must be paid directly by the traveler.
- •Meals will be provided as per the itinerary; any additional orders/snacks will be chargeable on direct payment basis.
- •Train tickets are booked under IRCTC quota; berth/seat allocation is as per IRCTC rules and subject to availability.
- •In case of RAC or waitlisted tickets, confirmation depends solely on IRCTC; the company does not guarantee confirmation.
- •Cancellations will be processed as per company policy; Tatkal/train/flight fare differences (if any) are payable extra.
- •Festival/peak date surcharge: ₹2,000 per person additional (if applicable).
- •The company is not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, traffic, or roadblocks.
- •Any additional stay, transport, or itinerary changes arising from natural causes must be borne directly by the traveler.
