2. Booking and Payments
Trip bookings are confirmed only after the required booking amount is paid. The booking amount is generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip departure date as specified during booking.
The Rovers reserves the right to cancel or deny participation if payment requirements are not fulfilled.
3. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, The Rovers reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, government regulations, or safety concerns.
Any such changes will be made with the safety and comfort of participants as the top priority.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
Participants are expected to cooperate with trip leaders and follow safety instructions throughout the journey. Any behavior that disrupts the group experience or puts others at risk may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Travelers must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the trip they are booking.
5. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the trip. The Rovers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items during travel, accommodation, or activities.
6. Health and Safety
Some trips organized by The Rovers involve trekking, hiking, and outdoor adventure activities. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions before joining the trip.
The Rovers reserves the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s health condition may create a risk for themselves or the group.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Use of illegal substances
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior
- Any activity that violates local laws or regulations
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the trip without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Rovers acts as a facilitator for travel experiences. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for injury, accidents, delays, loss, or damages caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or third-party services.
